Shelly Koehler, PT, SCS - Owner
Shelly is a Nebraska native born and raised in the Nebraska Panhandle. Shelly attended Midland Lutheran College in Fremont, Nebraska, graduating in 1985 with a B.S. in Biology and Natural Science. She received her B.S. in Physical Therapy from The Wichita State University in 1987. Shelly's professional interests include treatment of orthopedic and sports injuries. Shelly was certified as a Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in 2005. For over 15 years, Shelly has covered high school sports on a regular basis. Shelly is an original partner of Heartland Physical Therapy, which was established June 1, 1993. Shelly is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Nebraska Physical Therapy Association.

Lynn Pelster, PT, CHT
Certified Hand Therapist
Lynn is originally from Clearwater, Nebraska. She attended Northeast Community College in Norfolk, receiving her Associates of Science Degree in 1994. She received her Master of Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1997. Following graduation, Lynn worked in Columbus, Nebraska for seven years, focusing on outpatient orthopedics. She also lived and worked in Grants Pass, Oregon for two years before returning to Nebraska and joining Heartland Physical Therapy in 2006. Her clinical interests include orthopedic, sports and work related injuries. In 2008, she received her Board Certification as a Hand Therapist from the Hand Therapy Certification Commission. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. Lynn and her husband Jay reside in Norfolk. They have two grown sons, Nick and Grant, both of whom have served in the United States Marine Corp.
