We have 75 years of experience among our six physical therapists in treating injuries of the ankle, knee, hip, neck, back shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand.  We strive to offer direct one on one rehabilitation between our physical therapists and patients. Tricia Faimon is at our Norfolk & Humphrey locations.  Andrea Blecke is at our Wayne location.  Lynn Pelster is at our Norfolk & Tilden locations.  Shelly Koehler is at our Norfolk & Pierce locations. Doug Junge is at our Norfolk location.  Heartland Physical Therapy has Norfolk’s only two Sports Clinical Specialists in Physical Therapy, Shelly Koehler and Doug Junge.  Shelly and Doug share over 30 years of covering sporting events and rehabilitating athletes from the junior high to the collegiate level.
