Performance / Fitness Therapy
This new addition to our business enables us to work with athletes individually or in groups to design specific programs to improve their skills and performance.
Our Fitness Center focuses on adults wanting a more structured/supervised workout regimen. Members will make appointments ensuring the availability of equipment and personnel for their workout. Susan Nitz manages the Performance/Fitness Center. Susan has her Masters in Exercise Science and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. The Center is staffed daily, offering the personal touch of getting you started on the equipment, designing a program that helps you reach your goals and any kind of assistance that you may need. We offer many membership options and small classes.
