Heartland Physical Therapy, Inc., started on June 1, 1993, in Norfolk, Nebraska, with a staff of three full-time employees. We are privately owned. Heartland Physical Therapy, Inc. accepts referrals from physician providers in Northeast Nebraska as well as the cities of Sioux City, Omaha, Lincoln, Columbus, Fremont and Grand Island.
